Change Password

After you login for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password.  Please ensure that strong passwords are not used as discussed in the previous login topic.  It is highly recommended that you use a password protection program for all your passwords.  Good options are available for password management such as;

• 1password- https://1password.com/
• Last Pass – https://www.lastpass.com/

Minimum security requirements for the ASPIRE portal passwords are:

One or more upper case letters (eg ‘A’)
One or more lower case letters (eg ‘b’)
One or more special characters (eg ‘@’)
One or more numbers (eg ‘1’)
Be a minimum of 6 characters in length

If you are logged into the portal, you can change the password at any time.  Click on your name in the top rights of the menu bar, this will show a drop with the option of “Change Password”. Click here to launch the change password modal.

You also have the ability from the login screen to reset your password.  When this feature is used you set the new password, then the system sends you a verification email to activate.
